Moon Lake Electric Association's Board of Directors are members who live in the service territory. They are elected to oversee the governance of the cooperative.  Each member on the Board is elected by the members who reside in his/her District. Collectively, the Board is responsible for establishing, reviewing and revising corporate policies to ensure that Moon Lake Electric Association continues to preserve reliable, affordable service for all members.

Board members serve three-year terms and can serve a maximum of four terms, consecutive or not.
